ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

USER ACCOUNT
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Cancellation:
Scheduled services with Mobile IV Care require full payment at the time of booking. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments. To cancel, you must give a minimum of six (6) hours’ notice before the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $100 charge per missed service. If you cancel after the registered nurse’s arrival, refuse consent, or decline service, the full-service fee will be charged. If the nurse determines you cannot receive services due to your current medical condition or misrepresentation, or if you’re under the influence of drugs/alcohol, full charges apply.
No-Show
If you’re not present at the designated location when the nurse arrives, the full-service fee applies. The nurse will attempt to contact you three times before leaving 15 minutes after the appointment time, regardless of contact.
By accepting these Terms, you authorize Mobile IV Care to charge your credit card for applicable fees, charges, and taxes with each service order.
GENERAL USE OF THE SERVICE Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Website and services solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Our IV hydration services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult with a healthcare professional before using our services, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
PAYMENTS
By using our services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services as outlined on our Website. Payment terms are provided upon booking an appointment.
MOBILE DEVICES AND APPS
Our services may be accessed through mobile devices and apps. By using these platforms, you agree to abide by these Terms.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Mobile IV Care harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our Website and services or your violation of these Terms.
