Cancellation Policy

When booking a service with Mobile IV Care, you are agreeing to pay the full amount for all scheduled service(s) at the time of booking. Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments. If you need to cancel, you must provide a minimum of six(6) hours’ notice before the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $100 per booked service missed.

If you cancel, refuse consent, or decline service after the registered nurse has arrived, or at any time thereafter, or if you are unable to receive or complete the treatment for any reason, you will be charged the full-service fee.
Additionally, if the designated medical professional determines, at their sole discretion, that you are unable to receive the requested services due to your current medical condition, if you have misrepresented yourself with the information provided, or if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment, services will not be rendered, and you will be charged the full-service fee.

No-Show Policy

If the designated medical professional arrives for your scheduled service and you are not physically present at the designated location, you will be charged the full-service fee. the designated medical professional will attempt to contact you three times to inform you of our arrival. If you are not physically present 15 minutes after the appointment time, the designated medical professional will leave, regardless of whether contact was made.

By accepting these Terms and each time you place an order for services, you authorize Mobile IV Care to charge your credit card (or other payment method) for the applicable fees, charges, and taxes.
